This is an annual policy which is payable monthly. This means that we will collect a premium by Direct Debit from your bank account on the first working day of each month and, subject to the successful collection of the premium, we will provide the cover detailed in the policy wording for the month in which the premium has been collected. Upon applying, the insurance will commence on the date shown on the policy schedule provided, which may result in an initial part payment. The initial payment or initial part payment will be taken be card upon application. The policy will then continue for a period of 12 months providing the monthly payments are made. However should you fail to make a payment in any month cover will cease with effect from the end of the month immediately before the date of the failed collection.

The fees we charge for our services We charge a fee of £2.00 for administering each monthly premium instalment for tenants’ insurance. We are paid commission from the insurer. What to do if you have a complaint We aim to provide a high standard of service to you at all times. Right of Cancellation If you subsequently decide you do not want the policy you have the right to cancel it without penalty provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel this policy after 14 days then you will not be entitled to any return of premium in respect of Tenants Contents policies. Demands and Needs The products we provide are designed to meet the demands and needs of those seeking an indemnity against loss or damage to their property and / or contents. Those needs are met now and for the term of your policy.
